A career based on experience and training
My journey as a guide is inseparable from my own personal path. Before guiding others, I myself sought to understand my emotions, my reactions, and the patterns that kept repeating in my life. I experienced what many go through: mental fatigue, doubts, the need to feel understood, and a deep desire for change without knowing where to start.
These experiences allowed me to develop an intimate understanding of what it means to feel lost, emotionally overwhelmed, or searching for meaning. They taught me that transformation comes not through pressure or performance, but through listening, security, and accuracy.
It was then that I chose to train in helping relationships and emotional support, in order to frame this sensitivity with solid, ethical, and professional foundations. The training I undertook provided me with concrete tools to welcome dialogue, support emotional processes, and guide without projecting.
Today, my guidance is based on this balance between lived experience and a professional framework, continuously enriched by ongoing training, practice, and self-work.
Education and professional experience
I have been trained in sophrology for several years, as well as in guided group meditation, disciplines that have allowed me to develop a deep approach to breathing, self-presence, and mental appeasement. These practices now form an essential basis for my support.
In parallel, I trained in the basics of naturopathy, which gave me a global understanding of how the body works, natural remedies, plants, and lifestyle habits that promote balance and vitality. This holistic vision allows me to support the person as a whole, taking into account the close link between the body, emotions, and lifestyle.
My journey then led me to work in schools, supporting students with disabilities or those experiencing learning, emotional, or relational difficulties. This experience was decisive: it confronted me very concretely with protective mechanisms, fundamental needs for security, and the resources that everyone carries within themselves, even when these seem buried.
It was from this realization that I chose to deepen my understanding of human beings by training in psychology and as a psychopractitioner, in order to learn to identify and support emotional blockages, childhood wounds (abandonment, rejection, humiliation, injustice, betrayal), as well as patterns and conditioning that are built from childhood to adulthood.
I also completed training in energy therapy, which is based on working with energy, magnetism, and energy circulation. This approach allows for action at a more subtle level, supporting processes of release, rebalancing, and grounding, in addition to emotional and psychological work, to reconnect with yourself, without pressure and without a mask.
A few words in conclusion
Today, I provide support with the conviction that each person possesses within themselves the resources needed to move forward, provided they feel heard, understood, and respected. My role is to offer you this space, where you can progress with confidence, at your own pace. Taking care of oneself is not a luxury. It is often the first step towards greater accuracy, peace, and inner coherence.
If you feel the call to be supported, then you are in the right place.
