What is energy healing?

An energy healing session is a moment to help the body and mind relax, release tension, and regain a better balance. We can also talk about practices like magnetism or Reiki, which many people already know. The principle is simple: when we experience difficult emotions (stress, sadness, wounds like abandonment or rejection), this can create blockages within us. The treatment helps to soothe all of this, to release what weighs us down, and to regain more calm, clarity, and lightness.
What is the difference between YouTube care, appointment care, and in-store care?

The three types of care have the same goal: to help you feel better. The main difference lies in the depth and personalization.

YouTube Treatments
These are free treatments accessible to everyone. They focus on general themes (stress, emotional wounds...). They are ideal for discovering or for gentle, regular work.

Shop Treatments (downloadable)
These are more targeted treatments, with a specific intention. You can repeat them multiple times, at your own pace.
They allow for deeper work than a YouTube treatment.

Appointment Treatments
Here, it's custom-made. The treatment is tailored to you, your situation, and what you are going through. This is the deepest and most personalized format; it adapts to your needs and your history.
Do the treatments work remotely?

Yes, the treatments work remotely. Energy does not depend on physical distance or temporality, which is why a treatment can be received wherever you are. You don't have anything special to do: just be in a quiet moment, relax and let yourself receive the treatment.
Puis-je être rembourser après un rendez-vous ?

Non, une fois le rendez-vous effectué il n'est plus possible d'obtenir un remboursement. Les soins énergétique agissent là où il y a besoin de libérations et travaillent là où il y a besoin d'envoyer l'énergie. J'ai conscience que bien souvent on a un attente bien précise, un souhait qu'on aimerait voir se réaliser, mais je ne peux pas garantir ce souhait, seulement faire un soin où les résultats agissent souvent dans l'invisible avant de se manifester.

Puis-je déplacer/annuler mon rendez-vous ?

Oui, c'est tout à fait possible, vous pouvez déplacer ou annuler le rendez-vous 24h à l'avance.

Si toute fois un imprévus de dernière minutes vous arrive la veille ou le jour même et que vous n'êtes pas disposé à recevoir le soin ou disponible pour l'accompagnement ou l'appel téléphonique, pas de soucis je vous invite cependant à me contacter le plus rapidement possible afin que je procède manuellement à un déplacement ou annulation et remboursement du rdv.

Lors d'un accompagnement (ici pour le programme libérations en 3 mois surtout) Tout rdv ou appel téléphonique non décroché ne fera pas l'objet d'un remboursement si vous ne vous êtes pas manifester dans les 48h après le jour du rdv manqué.

How many times can I use a downloadable treatment?

Once you've purchased a healing session, you can use it as many times as needed. There's no time limit: you can return to the session even several weeks or months later if you feel the need. The healing sessions are timeless.

However, I recommend doing the session at least 3 times, to allow the work to settle in deeply.
How long does it take to feel the effects of a treatment?

The effects can be immediate, but the work usually continues over several days. There is often an integration and release phase that can last 24 to 48 hours (sometimes 72), depending on the individual.

It is not obligatory to feel sensations during or after the treatment (warmth, fatigue, emotions, etc.). Some people feel a lot, others very little... and that is perfectly normal. Even without any particular sensation, the treatment works.
Puis-je demander un remboursement pour un ebook ou un soin audio ?

Les contenus numériques sont fournis immédiatement après l'achat ( dans une second mail avec le liens de téléchargement) Si le contenu n'a pas été télécharger, une demande de remboursement peut être effectuée dans le cadre du délai légal de rétractation de 14 jours.

En revanche, aucun remboursement ne pourra être accordé après le téléchargement ou l'accès au contenu numérique. Après téléchargement, vous acceptez la fourniture immédiate du contenu numérique et reconnaissez renoncer à votre droit de rétractation conformément à l’article L221-28 du Code de la consommation.

What are the payment methods?

On the website, you can pay for your treatments using several payment methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Payment in installments via PayPal (in 4 installments, if eligible)
  • Klarna (split payment, subject to eligibility)

For appointments booked via the calendar, payment is only via PayPal (4x payment with PayPal is possible).

In all cases, there is no shipping, as it is not necessary. You will receive audio treatments (from the shops) only by email, to the email address provided.
I haven't received my treatment after purchase, what should I do?

After your purchase, the downloadable treatment is sent automatically by e-mail. In most cases, it can be found in your junk mail or spam folders. Please check these folders first, as well as the e-mail address you provided during the purchase.

If you still cannot find your treatment, please contact me via the website's contact form. I will then be able to check and resend the file to you quickly.
Are the treatments available internationally?

Yes, the healings are accessible worldwide. The website is mainly in French, the introductory or end-of-course audios, as well as the guides are in French only, but the channeled healings are not language-dependent and can be received by anyone, regardless of their location.
